The Firemiser® Insulated Fire Door delivers a unique fusion of capabilities, providing certified fire protection, superior thermal insulation, and effective sound control in a single, high-performance system. In an emergency, the Firemiser door will automatically activate to compartmentalize the building, containing smoke and flames to protect property and allow for safe egress. For everyday climate control, its insulated curtain provides superior thermal performance (5.3 R-value, .189 U-value) and significant sound attenuation. Listed with UL, Factory Mutual, and the California State Fire Marshal, Firemiser offers protection ratings of up to 4 hours. It’s the ideal solution for exterior openings that will later require a fire rating due to future expansion.
