Our rolling and insulated doors are now stronger and more resilient than ever. Reengineered for the demanding conditions of chemical and corrosive environments, these doors are designed to strengthen your building's structure, reduce long-term repair costs, and safeguard your equipment.

Our standard NEMA 4X operator delivers cycle-after-cycle dependability. Superior strength and corrosion resistance are built-in, with features including corrosion-resistant fasteners, a stainless steel headplate, zinc-coated bearings, a ZRG-coated shaft, and stamped stainless steel endlocks/windlocks. Curtain and guides are available in a 304SS or clear anodized finish to meet your specification. Built to withstand a static windload of up to 40 PSF, each feature ensures a secure and long-lasting solution for water treatment plants, chemical storage facilities, and any other harsh, corrosive environment.

Usage

The doors are constructed for daily use and can withstand operation of up to 20 cycles per day – that’s 50,000 cycles for the lifetime of the door.

If your requirements call for more than 20 cycles per day, or 50,000 cycles lifetime, visit our line of High Performance Doors.

The Corrosion Resistant Service and Insulated Doors are available in 304SS or Clear Anodized curtain and guides.
Also available in 316 stainless steel in #4 finish.
