Clopay® Corporation's Cornell and Cookson manufacturing facility in Mountain Top, Pa. was named one of NEPA’s Best Places to Work by the Times Leader Media Group. The company, which makes commercial rolling door and grille products, was awarded Gold.

This year’s Best Places to Work list represented over 100 companies. Voting took place over a four-week period and winners were chosen based on the highest scores in workforce policies, practices, philosophies, systems, and demographics, and a survey was administered to both employees and employers at hundreds of companies across the commonwealth.

Best Places to Work in PA is dedicated to identifying and recognizing the state’s best employers and providing organizations with valuable employee feedback. Started in 2005, it is promoted by the Central Penn Business Journal and Lehigh Valley Business in partnership with the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development, Team PA Foundation, the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) – PA State Council, and Best Companies Group.
