Microsoft Internet Explorer Users
If Cornell is listed as a restricted site under your browser's settings, you will get an "Incorrect Login" error, even though you are entering the correct user & password. The only notice that your browser displays is a "do not enter" symbol (little red circle with a white box inside) towards the bottom-right corner of your browser session. If that's the case, change the security and/or privacy policies by removing Cornell from the list of restricted sites. Then, save your settings/privacy policies, close your browser, and start a new session.
Netscape Navigator Users
If "Block Cookies from this Site" is marked , you will get an "Incorrect Login" error, even though you are entering the correct user & password. Change this setting in Netscape Navigator by clicking Tools > Cookie Manager > Allow Cookies from this Site. Once this is changed, you should be able to login.
