CrossingGard® Emergency Response Grille
Cornell's CrossingGard® Emergency Response Grille model ERG-IBC is now ICC-ES evaluated for access-controlled egress per the International Building Code®, Evaluation Report ESR-1167. This innovative product solution provides secure access control as well as fail-safe automatic opening response in emergency conditions. The IBC has created a new life safety product category for CrossingGard, EG-287, that uniquely satisfies building code requirements. TranZform® Fire
TranZform® Accordion Folding Fire Doors are listed with the Office of the California State Fire Marshal.
TranZform Fire has been evaluated by ICC-ES to be compliant for use in means of egress openings per the International Building Code®, Report ICC-ES ESR 2300.
TranZform® Fire Testing and Evaluation to the IBC®, NFPA 80 and NEC® Summary Document.
TranZform Fire achieved an STC 41 when tested to today's ASTM E90 standards by an independent laboratory.
TranZform® Sound, Space
TranZform Sound achieved an STC 45 when tested to today's ASTM E90 standards by an independent laboratory. TranZform Space acheived STC 30.
Acoustical Testing Reports - Sound Transmission Class (STC) Rating
Thermiser Insulated Doors tested at a 27 STC rating compared to a STC 19 for non-insulated doors. Test results based on testing a complete, operable door assembly.
Superimposed / double insulated curtain assemblies are also available with a minimum Sound Transmission Class STC 32 rating as tested per ASTM E90, based on testing a complete, operable door assembly.
Firemiser Insulated Fire Door's fire resistant minderal wool insulated curtains provide a sound transmission class STC 27 rating. Test results based on testing a complete, operable door assembly.
