High Cycle Grilles: Extreme™ Cycle Life Grilles
Standard grille construction accommodates usage of up to 20 cycles per day. For requirements above standard, Cornell offers Extreme™ product solutions to meet exact performance needs. Extreme cycle life grilles have been tested and proven to meet the level of performance required. Extreme cycle life grilles include straight pattern, brick pattern and SentryGate® models. Please contact Cornell with cycle and application requirements. We will recommend the best product for your needs.
Extreme™ Straight and Brick Pattern Grilles
100,000 Cycle Life Extreme™ Straight and Brick Pattern Grilles - curtain is 5/16" aluminum rods with 2" rod spacing with composite tube spacers on every rod, 9" link spacing. 3 Phase Cornell SG operator. 100,000 cycle springs with greasable bearings.
- Max. Speed: 12 ips.
- Size Limits: 26'W x 14'H max.
- Options: Sensing devices, springless shaft design with safety stop-lock bearing and manual locking on bottom bar only. Consult Cornell for details.
300,000 Cycle Life Extreme™ Straight and Brick Pattern Grilles- curtain is 5/16" aluminum rods with 2" rod spacing with composite tube spacers on every rod, 9" link spacing. 3 Phase Cornell SG operator. Springless shaft desing with safety stop-lock bearing.
