About RAL
RAL colours are defined by a seven position colour code indicating Hue, Lighness and Chroma on each colour. RAL System codes and names are not arbitrary. It follows an internationally used color management system laid down in 1976. Due to its structure the RAL System is a powerful weapon for systematic color design.
